Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using VectorAI Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Service Description
VectorAI Studio is a desktop AI chatbot application that allows you to download and run open-source language models on your computer. The application supports chat models in GGUF format and provides features for offline chat and model management.
Accounts & Access
If VectorAI Studio requires an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Pricing, feature availability and limits may change at any time during Early Access.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use VectorAI Studio. If you are under 13, you may not create an account, log in or use the service.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for complying with the license terms of any model you download and run through VectorAI Studio. Do not use the application to generate unlawful content or engage in any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
VectorAI Studio and its software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, or create derivative works based on it without explicit permission.
Promotional Emails
By creating an account or logging into VectorAI Studio, you agree to receive promotional emails, product updates, specials, and other marketing communications. You can opt out at any time in your Profile screen after signing in.
Billing
If VectorAI Studio offers paid features or subscriptions, they will renew automatically unless you cancel. Taxes may apply. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change.
Early Access pricing, feature availability and limits may change without notice.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable application but do not guarantee that VectorAI Studio will be error-free or uninterrupted. The application is provided "as is" and may require updates or maintenance that could temporarily affect functionality.
Data & Privacy
We collect data needed to operate the application, provide features, and improve the user experience. Your downloaded models and conversation history are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Review our privacy policy for details on how data is stored and processed.
Termination
You can stop using VectorAI Studio at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or services that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on this page or within the app.
